Hayden Gilbert is the Founder & Chief Creative Officer at SHELTR. Hayden started SHELTR in 2018 after spending 20 years as a Writer and Creative Director at various ad agencies and as a VP/ECD leading in-house creative teams. His cumulative experience revealed a need for a more scalable model—one that brings creative and strategic talent together in a way that scales to fit our client’s scope, budget, and timeline. Hayden’s teams have been internationally recognized for their award-winning work. He is also a Consultant and Board Advisor for global corporations, universities, and startups—where he helps educate leaders on how to use creativity to solve big and small business problems.
